Terms of Service

You can drop an Excel or CSV file, add an optional note, and start a conversion. The file becomes a live spreadsheet, and an app is built on those same rows. The conversion itself is powered by Teable. After you press Start, you continue in that workspace.

You must have the right to upload the file and any data in it. Do not upload content you do not own, or that is unlawful, or that you are not allowed to share. You are responsible for the data you submit and for how you use the app that comes back.

Files must be .xlsx, .xls, .csv, or .tsv, and within the size and count limits shown on the site.

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break it, overload it, probe it without permission, upload malware, or use it to harm other people. We may refuse, suspend, or remove a conversion if it breaks these terms or the law.

The generated sheet and app depend on what is in your file. We do not promise a particular layout, feature set, or that the result will be fit for a specific purpose. You can change the app later. You can also download it or host it yourself.

This website does not require an account to drop a file. If you continue into the Teable workspace to finish, share, or host the app, that product's own terms apply to that part.

To the extent the law allows, Spreadsheet into App and the people behind it are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or damages that come from using the site or the generated app. If a court says we cannot limit liability this way, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for this website in the 12 months before the claim, which may be zero.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
